GT Group training courses are managed by GT Group Sàrl ('GT'). The following terms & conditions apply. By registering to attend a GT Training Group course, you agree to these conditions.


1. Payment and registration

All registration fees associated with your registration to an event must be paid in full to guarantee attendance. A person or group of persons who has/have completed the registration procedures and who has received confirmation of acceptance as a delegate, is deemed to be a registered delegate (hereinafter referred to as a “Delegate” or “Delegates”).

2. Early Booking Rates

In order to qualify for any early booking rate promotions, booking and payment must be received before the deadline date specified by GT.

3. Multiple Delegate Booking Rates

In order to qualify for any multiple delegate booking rate promotions, all attendees required to qualify for promotion must register at the same time.

4. Promotional Codes

All promotional discount codes will expire on dates specified by GT and may be subject to change at the discretion of GT.

5. Substitutions & Cancellations

Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge. Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows

• Cancellations made prior to one week before the date of the event:  no charge

• Cancellations made less than one week before the date of the event: delegate(s) fees must be paid in full

GT Group will endeavour to send registration information to all delegates within 3 days of registration. A Delegate not receiving the registration information should contact us by email to

7. Alterations to Programme – Cancellation/Postponement of Event

GT reserves the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings.

In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled by GT, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the registration fee paid by Delegates. If, for whatever reason, the conference is postponed or the dates are changed, GT shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by Delegates. If, despite re-arrangement and/or postponement, the event can take place, the registration between Delegates and the organisers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule in paragraph 5.

Views expressed by speakers are their own. GT cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to Delegates.

9. Data Protection

By submitting registration details, Delegates agree to allow GT and associated companies to use their contact information for promotional purposes and/or to provide contact information to third parties for promotional purposes.

10. Websites & Links

The Global Training website at and associated GT websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which GT takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.

11. Insurance

It is the responsibility of the Delegates to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. GT cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

12. Personal and Public Liability

Delegates voluntarily assume any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation in the training, including, without limitation, the risk of physical, mental or emotional injury, minor and/or severe bodily harm, illness which arise by any means, including, without limitation: acts, omissions, recommendations or advice given by GT or their agents, employees, or other persons or entities affiliated with GT Group.

Delegates voluntarily and knowingly, release, discharge and relinquish any and all claims, actions and lawsuits of any kind related to or arising from participation by Delegates, including, without limitation, any claims, actions or lawsuits for wrongful death, negligence and/or other fault, either active or passive, personal injury, defamation, false light, violation of right of publicity, invasion of privacy, disclosure of embarrassing private facts, fraud, breach of contract, infringement of copyright, and negligent or intentional infliction of emotional distress.

13. Jurisdiction

The validity, interpretation and legal effect of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Geneva, Switzerland and the place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
